What is your favorite DJ memory?
All events are memorable, however after my second ever gig I received a personal card from the bride and groom thanking me for the wonderful show. I was still new to the business and it really helped me boost my confidence. I ended up Djing every single event this family had for almost 8 years until I moved away.
What is the funniest thing that ever happened at an event?
A best man Rick Rolled the wedding during his speech (Google it) and another time the venue lost power (east coast black out in 2003) at an outdoor event and we had to use my truck as a back up.
What is your proudest moment as a DJ?
I was Djing a event fairly high venue in NY and the owner came up to me and told me he had never heard or seen a DJ excite and keep the dance floor rocking the way I did that night, I was pretty honored.
Why did you become a DJ?
I love entertaining, music and people and I couldn't think of a better way to incorporate them all into one package.
Why do you like performing at wedding dances?
Weddings are a special time for a couple and I want to make sure that they get the best show possible. I feel the combination of my personality and DJ ability makes that a reality.
